Girolama is a innovation consultant with a proven track record in driving impactful partnerships and delivering human-centered solutions. At IDEO, a global design and management consultancy, he managed multimillion-dollar portfolios and relationships with Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, startups, and academic institutions. His work has focused on envisioning futures across sectors, including circular products, food innovation, workforce development, and health equity.
Beyond IDEO, Girolama’s experience spans mission-driven organizations such as Ashoka: Innovators for the Public, the United Nations Foundation, and the VA Department of Health, as well as a few entrepreneurial adventures.
